There is a curfew in the Dominican right now due to COVID-19 and no one is allowed outside past a certain time each evening. However many of our street kids live on the streets. They sleep on the sidewalks and in abandoned buildings around town and find shelter where they can. This curfew breaks my heart for them because they are hiding from the police. And if they are found they are told to go home or they will be taken to jail. The sad reality is the streets are their home. We still aren’t having big groups at our mission house and are instead preparing food and taking it to the kids where they hang out around town. Prayers for our world right now as we are all ready for everything to be back to “normal”
