Meet Caco (the little girl holding one of our mission crosses). We have taken care of her for five years. Right now she needs your help. She has fluid around her heart and is not doing well. Even worse she is getting medical care in a third world hospital that is not like anything you have ever seen in terms of poverty. Her single mother has zero money and relies solely on our support. Right now she needs medicine, testing, food, and transportation for the family to travel four hours to the capital to get to a decent hospital.
